- Lead Service - Your group needs will be supplied to area convention facilities, hotels, attractions, etc. In turn, the properties will either submit bids directly to you or you may receive a compiled bidbook of the area's proposals.
- Site Visits - We will happily arrange site inspections of the properties and attractions you are considering for your upcoming conference.
- Visual Aids - Videos, slides and a CD Rom depicting the Myrtle Beach area are available upon request. See our Photo Request page for more information.
- Promotional Collateral - Special promotion and attendance building materials are available complimentary to help showcase the Myrtle Beach area to your conference attendee(s).
- Planning Assistance - Assistance with spouse programs, speaker selection, group outing information, dining and entertainment information. Our convention services staff is eager to assist or answer questions of any kind in order to make certain that your Myrtle Beach-area conference is a complete success and exceeds your expectations in every way. - Media List - The Bureau will provide locally developed media lists for securing local publicity for your event.
- Liaison with Public Officials - The bureau will contact public officials or civic organizations to assist you in planning for your convention activities.
- Registration Assistance - Two of our most popular services; name badge preparation and on-site registration assistance will help your conference run efficiently and smoothly. Our personnel can also provide visitor information to attendees.
- Convention Amenities - Complimentary welcome bags with a sampling of information on the area's shopping and entertainment, a Myrtle Beach Play® pocket guide and a lapel pin or conference souvenir are available with 30 days advance notice. A literature table offering the same information will be provided as an alternative for groups requiring more than 250 bags.
- Welcome Gifts - Baskets, coffee mugs, towels, t-shirts and more are available at a nominal cost.
