Hurricane Preparedness Conference and Expo

Sponsoring the Hurricane Preparedness Conference & Expo will bring increased exposure for your business (at least 350 people are expected to attend).

Presenting Sponsor

  • Designation as an official presenting sponsor of the 2008 Hurricane Preparedness Conference & Expo taking place on June 2, 2008
  • Sponsor’s logo will be included on all promotional and on-site material (including all mail-outs, newspaper advertisements, commercials, etc.)
  • The sponsor’s logo and link will be placed on MyrtleBeachAreaChamber.com
  • Ten tickets to the Hurricane Preparedness Conference luncheon with seating at a
    reserved table
  • The sponsor will receive two 6’ booth space in premium location in the pre-function area at Hurricane Preparedness Conference & Expo with complimentary electricity if needed for booth space
  • Sponsor will have the ability to address the crowd for five minutes at welcome session
  • Sponsor’s name and logo will appear on large screen at welcome session
  • Sponsor has the ability to do a demonstration during luncheon for 15 minutes in front of luncheon crowd
  • The sponsor will be allowed to distribute promotional flyers on chairs at opening session
  • Signage of the sponsor’s business name at front of the break-out and general session entrances and at registration table
  • Sponsor will receive a list of attendees from event
  • A chamber membership list on disk or by e-mail of all MBACC members will be
    provided to the sponsor following the event
  • Sponsor’s contact information will be included on resource sheet located in
    all attendees bags
  • The chamber will handle all promotion and on-site logistics for event
  • Presenting Sponsorship Cost - $10,000

Luncheon Sponsor

    front of luncheon crowd

    attendees bags
  • The chamber will handle all promotion and on-site logistics for event
