It is possible to be a high-performing team member even as your team struggles with change challenges and performance issues. In this workshop, you will address “real world” resource needs and strategies to help you stand out as an exemplary team member. You will also examine your own interpersonal needs tendencies (FIRO-B based) and identify new behaviors that promote increased trust and teamwork among members. Upon completion of this workshop, you will be able to:
- Determine change-based resources needed to be more effective in current role
- Identify proactive strategies for securing resources and for coping effectively
- Apply interpersonal needs strategies for greater individual and team effectiveness
